I love black & white film. It makes any modern-day photo look like it’s from a different era. Every time I shoot it I wonder why I don’t shoot with it more often. I think this winter will hold many more moments with this specific film.

Happy friday, folks! Have a lovely weekend. October has been a whirlwind for me. Hoping things slow down a bit in November.

  1. Gosh, these are wonderful. You’re absolutely right, these could have been taken 50 years ago. I think winter is the best time for black and white; I love shooting it in the snow.

  2. Holy sheet, that first shot is amazing, straight down to the weird blotchy lower-left corner. And I agree about b&w film, I always get that timeless feeling from my rolls, too. I actually railed against b&w for years until I went to college and took darkroom photography – that’s when I fell in love with it. <3
